WhatSendApp is not affiliated or a part of WhatsApp. WhatSendApp is an indipendent software developed just to facilitate sending whatsapp messages to your acquaintances / customers / friends / relatives from PC.

WhatSendApp is a PC Software “STAND ALONE”: all data will be stored exclusively on the PC in use without ever being Transmitted or Reachable by Our (and / or Third Party) Server or Other Online Systems. WhatSendApp does not therefore have access and / or any kind of responsibility on your Data.

If the content of the senders’ messages is unsolicited “garbage” messages, the recipients can click ‘Block’ or ‘Report Spam’ and that can get the senders’ WhatsApp account suspended/banned.

WhatSendApp bears no responsibility for the content of any messages that are sent, the reception or reactions to those messages.

License Agreement

The pro version license has a duration of 1 year and during this year,  priority support will be guaranteed. Responses in extreme cases could take up to 24 hours (unusual), depending on the volume and existing traffic.

For reasons of force majeure, one additional activation will be allowed. The next activation, for whatever reason, will have the cost of a new license and a new year. WhatsApp is not the channel through which we will deliver support, only written questions of a general nature. For technical and commercial support, the channel is soporte @ whatsendapp.com.

It is always exposed to changes in the WhatsApp algorithm and new versions of Chrome that alter the pro per functioning of the software. In view of this, all the possible actions will be carried out to regain its proper functioning, but it is not possible to give a guarantee against this.

The license can only be activated on one computer (only Windows).

When the license expires, it will be automatically disabled and the customer will be offered a renewal at an affordable price.

Refund Policy

There is no refund policy because we offer a free trial version of the program where you can test all the features, i.e. manually import unlimited contacts and send unlimited messages.

FURTHERMORE, IF THE PROGRAM STOPS WORKING OR ONLY SOME OF ITS FUNCTIONALITIES AS FOR EXAMPLE THE FILTER, DUE TO THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW BLOCKING/SECURITY MEASURES OR THE UPDATE/RESTORATION OF THE WHATSAPP PLATFORM, YOU ARE NOT ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ANY REFUND.

We do not provide any refund for problems originated by WhatsApp.
We do not provide any refund if your numbers are blocked by WhatsApp.
We do not provide any refund if you are not willing to accept the support provided.
